Orders placed Sunday to Thursday are typically processed the following day, then sent via next-day delivery. Allow for preparation as well as transit time; busy periods may take longer. Contact us before ordering for a particular occasion.
A morning courier service applies after processing and dispatch. It does not mean delivery the morning after you order.
Yes, Click & Collect is available. Orders are usually ready after 11am the following day. For Saturday orders, contact us about Sunday collection; otherwise collection is usually after 11am on Monday. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming that it is ready.
Your order travels in an insulated box with gel ice packs. Unpack promptly on arrival and follow the storage instructions and dates on each product label. Some products are supplied frozen; check the product description before ordering.
DPD provides delivery notifications when your order is prepared and when it reaches the local depot. Check that your order contains the correct email address and mobile number.
You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout. Please note that we will do everything that we can to accommodate your requested delivery date, however, this is not guaranteed.
