Your Click & Collect order will usually be ready for collection after 11am on the day following your order. Saturday Orders: If you place an order on a Saturday and wish to collect it on Sunday, please contact us to confirm availability. Otherwise, your order will be ready after 11am on Monday. Collection Notifications: We do not send collection notifications, so please visit the farm shop at your convenience. Uncollected Orders: If your order is not collected within 48 hours, we will freeze the products to maintain their freshness. If you need to collect your order at a later date, please specify your preferred collection date in the Special Instructions section at checkout. Our Butchery team will prepare your order accordingly.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £6.99 for orders under £60 (excluding packaging and gift vouchers). Free Delivery: Available for orders over £60. Exclusions: We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland. Remote Areas: Deliveries to certain remote locations may incur additional charges. If you have encountered an issue with a product you have received, it is very important to us that we resolve this for you. It is important that you contact us upon receipt of your order if you have any concerns. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

We take great pride in supporting local farmers. Our Longhorn beef is sourced from the nearby Myddleton Family Farm, while our poultry comes from neighbouring Whitchurch. Our lamb and pork is sourced from Wrexham. For meat sourced from further afield, we carefully partner with responsible producers to ensure exceptional quality and the highest standards of animal welfare.
