Ingredients:
- 1 kg Premium Steak Mince
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 400g canned chopped tomatoes
- 400g canned kidney beans, drained
- 2 tsp chilli powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
