Standard Delivery Service

 

Delivery Charges:

• Free Delivery: Orders over £60 (excluding gift vouchers) qualify for free delivery to a single UK mainland or Scottish island address (excluding remote areas).

• Standard Delivery: Orders under £60 will incur a delivery charge of £6.99.

 

Remote Areas and Delivery Charges

Delivery to remote areas incurs additional charges. These include:

• Remote Locations: Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, Skye, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Western Scotland Islands, and the Isles of Scilly.

• Remote Postcodes:

GY1-GY9, JE1-JE4, IV41-IV56, KW15-KW17, ZE1-ZE3, PO30-PO41, PA31, PA34, PA42-PA49, PA60-PA69, PA70-PA.

 

Please note: We currently do not offer delivery to Northern Ireland.

 

Delivery Process

Your order will be delivered via APC Overnight.

• Orders are packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs, keeping the contents at optimal temperature for up to 55 hours.

• If you’re unavailable, the courier is instructed to leave the parcel at your address. Tracking information is provided:

• First notification: Around 8pm on the day your parcel is collected.

• Second notification: Once your parcel arrives at the local delivery depot.

• Important: Do not rearrange delivery with the courier as this may compromise the freshness of your order.

 

Order Processing

• Orders placed Sunday to Wednesday are typically processed the next day and sent via next-day delivery.

• Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Please check your order confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
